- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Work from home)
Job Description:
- Handle all types of shipments: sea, air, trucking, domestic, express delivery, import, and export.
- Receive booking requests from customers, agents, and the sales department.
- Check space availability and make bookings with carriers/airlines/co-loaders.
- Issue HBL/HAWB, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, Debit Note for customers/agents.
- Send Bill details to carriers/airlines/co-loaders.
- File AMS, ISF on the system.
- Send documents to agents.
- Coordinate with related departments to follow up on shipments and resolve arising issues.
- Support accounting tasks such as collecting invoices from partners and submitting them for payment processing.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Khmer
- College degree or higher in fields such as import-export, international business, foreign trade, etc.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/forwarding companies.
- Conversational English.
- Proficient in office software and relevant tools.
- Able to work independently, energetic, proactive, and capable of handling work pressure.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to set personal goals and a growth mindset.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Flexible in handling urgent or out-of-hours tasks.
