Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, Saturday morning work from home.
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Job Description:
- Check prices with overseas agents.
- Verify rates with shipping lines, airlines, or co-loaders in Vietnam and other offices (if applicable).
- Check rates with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders in the US/Canada.
- Coordinate with trucking companies/partners in the US/Canada.
- Review export and import policies with brokers in the US/Canada.
- Ensure competitive and prompt pricing for the sales/marketing team.
- Monitor shipping rates online.
- Research and stay updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to handle any arising issues.
- Build good relationships with shipping lines and co-loaders.
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Education: University/College degree in Import-Export or Foreign Trade.
- Language: Good proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and understanding English.
- Computer skills: Proficient in using computers.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Customer Service/Pricing (experience in both Sea and Air freight is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and flexibility skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good at organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn and willing to take on challenges.
- Persistent, diligent, and dedicated to the job.
