Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: Work from home (handle tasks as required)
Job Description:
- Responsible for checking and negotiating rates with shipping lines, co-loaders, agents, and partners.
- Check online rates from shipping lines.
- Ensure quick and competitive pricing is provided to the sales team.
- Research and update market trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle arising issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, co-loaders, agents, and partners.
Job Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- University/College degree in Import-Export or International Trade.
- Language skills:
• English: Good in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (Vietnam Office)
• Chinese: Proficient in Logistics (China Office) - Proficient in computer usage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in CS/Pricing positions (both sea and air is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; flexible and adaptive.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork ability.
- Good at prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and improve.
