Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Job Description:
- Approach and introduce company services to new customers.
- Provide quotations to agents and customers and track quotation outcomes.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
- Submit weekly sales reports and customer feedback.
- Support and coordinate with other departments to resolve any arising issues.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or higher in relevant majors: Import-Export, International Business, Marketing, Trade Economics, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Logistics/Forwarder companies.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
- Proficient in office software related to the job.
- Ability to work independently, enthusiastic, sharp, and capable of handling work pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to set personal goals with a growth mindset.
- Hardworking, careful, willing to learn, and self-motivated.
